I always Wondered who developed The game plan vs Michigan 2024. Was it a Ryan Day plan to override or Kelly’s baby. There must have been an unpleasantness during his OSU gig that makes him not want to come back or unwelcome to do so.
Saban or Meyer. Mission accomplishedOr they just want to do something different. Probably just looking for an ace recruiter to replace hartline.
If JT wasn’t an ex Buckeye, you wouldn’t even mention him, I could see bringing him back as a position coach, not OC though. Randle El has no college coaching experience as well.JT Barrett young offensive mind from Ben Johnson or even Randle-El. I don’t want stale.

But he is a former Buckeye who played under Day which is a positive. He was known as an exceptional leader while here too. Hartline didn't have any OC experience before this year either. I'm sure JT has learned a lot from Ben Johnson and I would not be surprised to see him do well here

I’m a Bears fan I’ve seen his relationship with Caleb. I hope he stays in Chicago nobody knew Ben either till he got a chance. If JT wasn’t an ex Buckeye, you wouldn’t even mention him, I could see bringing him back as a position coach, not OC though. JT was an exceptional leader but that doesn’t always translate into being able to recruit. Hartlind didn’t have any OC experience but he did have many years of already being on the staff and establishing himself as an elite college coaching/recruiter.But he is a former Buckeye who played under Day which is a positive.
