Here's something that made my jaw drop...

My Mom, a big Buckeye fan (I mean, not like 'us' big--but pretty big) must've blacked out Thu because she bought tickets for herself and my Dad to something called...

Andre Rieu.....

WTF??????? I almost 5150'ed her ass.

She bought them as a 41st Anniversary gift to my Dad. I guess it's the only night this dude is in town.

Okay, wayyyyy off topic as we await the game, but this is funny.

My grandpa is 90, but "hip" in many ways. So he runs Linux, and has an Alexa unit that lets him ask questions about the weather, to turn on and off lights, etc.

He also has vertigo, and is obsessed with email. So my dad wrote a simple batch program to make his new emails speak the sender and message title through the speakers, so he doesn't have to get up every time to check a new email, which he did before.

My 13 year old niece figured out that she could send an email with the subject line of, "Alexa, play Green Day American Idiot," or whatever, and his computer would speak it, and then his Alexa unit would respond, and it would freak him out.

This girl is going places.
