I'd like to see a good reason 'why' Georgia should be top 4? I can't seem to find one.

Kentucky is now unranked. Mizzou is a solid team they beat by one score at home. Ole Miss? That's about it, and they're an 8-9 win team. Tennessee really has zero business being ranked, but 'S-E-C', S-E-C' carries them to top 25.

What else truly is there? They rode the coattails of a soft(er) schedule with an initial high ranking until they faced the one really good team on their schedule at a neutral site. Where they proceeded to trail the 2nd half by two scores until the final 3 minutes.

I see no reason why it shouldn't be

You can't justify putting in Georgia and not Bama either. I would hate to be the one setting precedent about leaving an undefeated conference champion out. But the other shoe is going to drop on FSU in the playoffs, let's be real about that. The defense is good, but there hasn't been a defense in CFB in 25 years that's going to let you score 16 points and win in a title game. Although pretty sure Oklahoma did it once against Chris Weinkie? So, yeah, fuck it... let FSU in and they can't get the Weinkie experience 20 years later.

As nauseating as it will be to see Texas get in, the collective meltdown by all of Deliverance Land when the SEC gets left out will more than make up for it. OTOH, giving those cunts up north an easy layup to make the finals (and don't think the media isn't salivating at the Harbaugh clown car rolling into the finals) will be the worst thing about all this.
