After missing his junior year, I think the coaches saw the talent potential in an underrated kid and pounced. Really excited!

Measurables are legit. OSU can afford to take a shot on a kid coming off an injury when they landed Wade, Okudah & Co. last year. Florida insiders say Banks wasn't an automatic take for them based on the injury, which is fine. They are targeting some big fish they probably won't land and will probably circle back around to Banks at some point, which will be too late.
