CB James Scott (official thread)

I know this has been discussed previously, but I don't recall seeing a clear answer: For kids who want to enroll early does the quarter system at OSU make that easier/harder/the same as a school on semesters?

It makes it easier because they aren't rushed to enroll in January and can wait and enroll for Spring Quarter. Some high schools don't finish their grade period until mid January, so if a SA wants to enroll early at a school on semesters, they will miss several weeks of school...

Exactly. Wasn't it Fred Davis who enrolled at USC 2-3 weeks after the start of their spring semester? Not exactly the ideal situation for a new college student.

At OSU they could either enroll in the first week of January or the end of March.

Rivals $

8/23

Update from LSU Rivals site. James says he'll definitely take an official visit to Baton Rouge because LSU is a good program with a winning tradition. He says his top six are Florida, Ohio State, LSU, Tennessee, Alabama, and Auburn. James says despite 5 of the schools being from the SEC distance isn't a factor.
