Eli Apple just decked Jeff Greene. Read it beatifically. Apple with an INT on deep ball next play

Heard Eli finally got that black stripe off. We had kinda expected him to get married with it on. But it's great to be part of the team.

I want somebody with a football mind to explain to me why they are coached to not look back for the ball and to just interfere instead.

They are coached that - but when the WR has a step on you, your first act is to recover....hard thing for even the most seasoned vet, let alone a young DB. I don't think there is a worse feeling on the field than being a DB and knowing you got beat.....not that I would ever know....a lot... :)
