Anyone know why Powe didn't play last night? I'm assuming it's because he's still not 100% from his old injury...

mike browns rotations are the worst in the NBA...only Don Nelson with a full healthy roster is worse....he has no rhyme or reason for who he plays, or when he plays them...case in point boobie gibson....powe sat last night because hes not hurt...he fell into browns rotation pit...watch tonight powe will play like 15 minutes...i hated when brown did this last year in the playoffs vs orlando...when he would play sasha pavlavich one game and then sit him the next game...doesnt make sense...windhorst has said that mike brown may be one of the best coaches in the league in preparation for a series, but his in-game coaching strategies are terrible (orlando series, boston series year before)...its going to be interesting in the playoffs to see who mike browns 8 player rotation is...and if he sticks with that...we do have a ton of depth but in the playoffs you need to widdle down you rotation number to around 8-9...i expect that to be

1. Mo
2. Lebron
3. Jamison
4. Verajo
5. Shaq
6. Delonte
7. Hickson
8. Parker
9. Z

sparing minutes for moon, Jawad...i see DNP's for powe, telfair,Greene and possibly gibson

you do know that gibson's had a foot contusion that's kept him out for a while right? powe apparently had a knee flare up recently as well. but, don't let those things get in the middle of your rant.

I expect the rotations to differ depending who the Cavs are playing. Against the Magic look for Shaq to play as much as foul trouble and conditioning will allow. I would also expect to see Moon and JWilliams see some time since they need the taller defenders. Pretty much the same for the Lakers. With Boston, Atlanta, etc look for Shaq and Z to see less time with more Andy and JJ. Baring injury or a great performance in junk minutes I don't see Boobie getting much time in the playoffs. In fact you can only dress 12 for a game. Assuming Green and Telfair don't dress who else do you keep on the bench? Boobie, Moon, Williams, or Powe?

the foot contustion he got from sitting on the bench? his bruised foot is so bad he has to sit for 5 games? i dont think so...and i think powe could of played last night if mike brown needed him to

It was reported before the game that West ( back) and Boobie (foot) would not play because of injury. My guess is Boobie hurt his foot in practice.

yah he might of injured it a bit in practice but i think it has more to do with giving telfair minutes....i was being sarcastic with the bench thing

it has nothing to do with giving telfair minutes. gibson has been hurt. the bottom line is nobody that is even remotely dinged is playing down the stretch. bottom line. your rant was misplaced, and somewhat foolish.

so, when you threw a fit about why certain guys that were hurt weren't playing, and I called you on it, you eventually said the same thing I told you earlier. so yes, your rant was childish and misplaced.

i was proving you wrong with leon powe, which i did, who started the game...gibson who has been hurt for around 5 games or so has had his minutes cut drastically since mo came back in febuary...hes only played 1 game over 20 minutes and the rest are like 5 minutes a game...hes out of mike browns rotation and i think he deserves more minutes after playing very well while mo was out
