Cavs 09-10 Season (official thread)

This is a prime example why I don't think the Cavs need to make a move to get better this season unless a team is willing to give them a star. The Shaq trade was made to beat the Lakers and Magic and in that respect it has worked. The only good team the Cavs need to prove they can beat is the Celtics. (Now watch them lose to the Bobcats in the first round)

luckily for the cavs, the bobcats have climbed into the 5 seed right now. cleveland is going to waltz into the #1 seed in the east.

That's good. The Cats couldn't beat the Magic or Hawks. I'm not sure who I'd rather the Cavs face in the second round. I think they beat the Magic and the Hawk, but the real question is which team has the better chance of knocking off the Celtics. I'm thinking the same second round matchup as last year would be fine.

West seems to be a pretty resilient guy. Hopefully this turns out to be something where he has to tape his fingers together for a few weeks until it gets better. I really hope this isn't a Larry Hughes type of thing. If it does take him some time to get back the Cavs are going to need find someone in the D league.
