Congrats on the win. I thought if we kept Lebron relatively in check we'd have a good chance to win but our offense was horrible, judging by the box score, outside of Aldridge.

The defense picked up in the second half and we finally started scoring...
We really need Boobie, Sasha, and Z back for offense to go along with the D that we now have and we will be on our way...
Aldridge really was lighting it up for Portland...Probably the best I have ever seen him play...
LBJ with another triple double...
Wally still struggled at times, but he did have a couple big shots when LBJ found him and man is Joe Smith looking like the best player in the trade so far...Along with West who has quietly went about his business and has been very solid...

CLEVELAND: Aesthetically, there wasn't much to like about the game the Cavaliers and Portland Trail Blazers slugged out with each other on Monday night.
Yet it was just the kind of game the Cavs are supposedly built to win, a low-scoring, defense-based affair often seen in the postseason. Which is why the Cavs' 88-80 victory, their fifth in the past six games, uplifted coach Mike Brown.
After going through a spell of overall poor team defense when LeBron James seemed to aim to outscore the opposition by himself over the last three games, the Cavs were much more in character in this one.

CLEVELAND: LeBron James likes to follow his own path.
He surprised many when he was not bothered that a fan sprinted into the Cavs' huddle last week at Madison Square Garden. In fact, James embraced the moment by shaking hands with the young man.
It probably didn't thrill the NBA, which has taken steps to fortify security around team benches since the brawl in Detroit in 2004.
Neither probably will this: A source said Anthony Erskine, 17, who ran across the floor and past several guards in a James replica jersey, is about to get even closer to his idol.

One of the best scenarios about the Cavaliers' blockbus ter trade was on dis play during the sec ond half when starter Ben Wallace remained in the locker room because of back spasms.
Joe Smith, brought in to back up Wallace and Zydrunas Ilgauskas, was a key piece to the Cavs' success on Monday night with his second-half play.
"It's a blessing to be able to have quality bigs like we do," coach Mike Brown said. "When one goes down, somebody steps up, and when another one goes down, somebody else steps up."
Smith stepped up, and LeBron James continued to step in the direction of the NBA Most Valuable Player award with another impressive outing.
