RW is no doubt bigger and stronger...that doesn't always translate to a better receiver though. That's all i was trying to say. RW did put up crazy numbers at Texas. No numbers against solid opponents like OU though. Same with Cedric Benson. I would rather face him the Selvin Young Saturday.

tough call to make between giving your starters game experience and pulling them to avoid running up the score on an overmatched team.

Can't remember if I read it in a different article or saw it on TV. Either way I was surprised when I read it/he said it.

This business with Carpenter (and Griffin for that matter) doesn't seem to me to be anything more than a case of the media over-blowing an offhand, out of context comment into which went a couple of seconds of thought.

However, it is THE BIG GAME this weekend and we should expect the press to dutifully report all such minutia.
