Reasons that we could lose to Penn State:

1. Two weeks off before the game.

2. It is a night game AT PSU.

3. They always play us well at home.

4. PSU hasn't played anyone, but still has a descent defense and some play makers on offense.



Reasons tOSU WILL win:

I'm with Grad. We have objective proof that turnovers in the second half at Penn State can lead to losses and, whatever that was on Saturday, we better be getting over it before we trek to Pennsylvania.

That said, I think we are gonna expose them and bury the Nittany Lions. they won't play the roar because it will just draw more attention to the ass-kicking they are receiving. Penn State and Michigan State are the two games where we earn our stripes and hop up in the rankings.

This team can still win the national championship. They know what they need to do and they will improve, not diminish, due to the layoff because it will allow the offense to jell. I am really hoping for 42 points against PSU and a five touchdown margin.

grad's right, I just felt like using lunacy as my escape plan.

I can see PSU sticking with Minny for a while, improving Minny's stock and proving PSU has a stout defense. A PSU win would be worse for our strength of schedule, which does exist in the way voters pick their top 25.
