Calculate your lifespan

87.7 years. It says that I'm obese, although it says the 6 days a week of exercise is a good thing, the no-sweets is a good thing, and I appear to be healthy because of my BP and cholesteral (sp?) is healthy. I might be a little chunky, but I'm in a pretty good shape -- I don't like that at all!

I also eat the lean hot dogs that are good for you like 5 times a week. Because I'm not much of a cooker, but it lumps lean hot dogs in with fast food (which I don't eat)? Confused.

I'm sure I'll wise off to my wife sometime in the next 50+ years and die shortly thereafter. The survey could be right on the money or horribly wrong. Could be tonight, in fact. If so, it's been fun. Go Bucks.

By changing my exercise from 1 day a week (I'm in a bit of a slump right now) to 5 days a week (I used to do this)... I gained 2 years of life-span. Of course, 7 months of that would be spent exercising:

30 min * 4 extra days/wk * 52 wk/yr * 50 yrs = 312000 min/lifetime = 5200 hrs = 217 additional days spent exercising

I'm not sure it's worth it! :(

In fact, if you factor in driving to a gym, prep-time and showering after, etc. it's actually a loss! From here on out... I'm "Livin' Large"!
