Calculate your lifespan

They pegged me for 71.9. That's not much....

Apparently, being 6'3 and 225 means that I'm highly overweight..
Yeah, mine said that, too. I'm 6'5 and 235, and it said "significantly overweight". WTF? I remember looking at an ideal weight chart once, and it had me at between 180-190. Can you imagine how I'd look at 6'5, 185? I'd look like Manute Bol, for Christ's sake.

Also, I noticed that they lumped basic lunchmeat in with fast food. I take a sandwich to work everyday. That's got to be a hell of a lot healthier than a freakin' Big Mac.

They have some pretty poor programming on that site. I have scripting tunred off on my computer, and when I submitted my results, the ColdFusion page that was supposed to calculate the scored errored out.

89.4 years.

I'm 6'4" 250 so my BMI was over 30 which makes me obese.
You have to have a BMI under 25 not to be overweight.
To get to 25 I would have to weigh 205 which is 10 lbs less than I weighed when I started college and I was a bean pole.

When I was younger I always thought a woman would kill me one way or another. I just did not know it would be one day at a time! :)

This site uses BMI to determine whether or not a person is overweight or not. Not neccessarily the best way to figure it since it does not take into account muscle mass or other things diet and exericse can't control. If you really want to know if you are overweight for your height/weight I suggest a Skinfold or water weight test. Large fitness centers and pretty much all colleges/unis offer this for a minimal fee. OSU has a great exercise science department if you are in Columbus.
