Cal getting exposed

At halftime it's 24-14 Texas Tech. They're marching up and down the field on the mighty Bears, who were the only "big" team USC beat. Betting Oklahoma in the Orange is looking smarter and smarter.

  2. Perhaps Cal's D can adjust, but TT's receivers are beating Cal almost with ease.

Bah, I'm still pulling for USC. I want Tressel's boys in the Rose Bowl next season versus USC so that we can personally end another national powers' 30+ game winning streak and back-to-back NC hopes.

If the Boys of Troy beat Oklahomo, they will already have their back-to-back national titles.

  5. Uh, forget about the adjustment from Cal. TT's receivers are eating Cal's lunch and supper. Burp. 30-14 moments into 2nd half.

It's the "Non-BCS disappointed team in the Holiday Bowl" curse.

Last year it was Texas not showing up against Wash. St.

Interesting, I thought it was the curse of Mack Brown. :p

Now it's 38-17 Texas Tech. This is awesome.

Wow, Cal's defense is merely a speed bump for Playstation Tech right now.

On top of this spanking, Craig James is tearing the Pac-10 a new one, UCLA losing to Wyoming, Cal losing to TTU. This is awesome!!

I see nothing impressive about this Cal team. What was all the hype about? No wonder these guys almost got rolled by Southern Miss.

Part of the hype was based on their outgaining USC 424-205 in the Colisseum.

LoKyBuckeye I give up. This board is too hard to understand.

This is suprising... but then again, how many times did Cal play on national TV this year? I think they had a lot of people fooled.

usc has been less than dominant in a lot of games this year. if it wasnt for oregon's TE dropping the easiest catch of all time, or so. miss pulling a choke job late in the 4th, Cal would be jut another 3 loss team this year.

maybe after ou rolls usc, the pac 10 circle jerk over the trojans will end.

    Cal exposed?....

I'm sure looking good now having taken TT and 11 1/2 big fat points! For 300 in vcash! Seriously Cal has been a real disappointment, I was hoping that the Bears would really be able to lay the wood on the Red Raiders. I just took TT and the points figuring that Cal might suffer from a Texas Longhorn type of snit. In any case, Holiday Bowls have nearly always been close affairs. Well I guess all trends are meant to be broken!

By the way, as to last years Holiday Bowl, I think that WSU defense had something to do with the fact that Texas lost (Chance Mock repeatedly planted on his ass, and Vince Young running for his life and then being sacked!).

the pac 10 circle jerk over the trojans will end.

Actually, most circle jerks don't involve condoms. A soggy cookie here or there, but never a Trojan.
