according to what he posted he is signing with an agent so is eligibility is gone

He says he is signing with an agent and his statement seems pretty clear that he has no intention to return to college. Not sure when his dad became aware of this

Exactly. Far be it from me to criticize someone for chasing their dream but dammit...ever since all the gaytors came back to ruin our title hopes in 07 I'm annoyed when someone leaves our bball program early...especially when they may not even get drafted....rant over

if i were to guess, kaleb and his father have differing opinions. probably doesn't bode well for his return unless the whole draft process is severely altered or he gets bad feedback.

yeah, at least from the fans' perspective, it's hard to consider any transfers until kaleb makes his final decision, which probably won't be announced for another 6 weeks or so. whomever we're considering now, the list will change dramatically by mid-may.

The staff knew this was coming (they have for almost a year now) and I think they have every intention of using that scholarship spot so they can have a returning lead guard for 2021-2022. Thankful for that and for Kaleb being pretty transparent with the coaches as they already have several irons in the fire.
