Yes, but if they take the Knicks pick, I think they lose their own.Put it this way, they 'own' the Knicks pick, and if the Knicks come up in the Lottery at #1, I'm pretty sure that the Bulls will take it.
In the draft simulator on ESPN, the Knicks aren't even listed, but the Bulls are.
