Eldon miller had a hell of team that didnt win it but, should have and the team that won it

Eldon Miller's 1980 team (with Williams, Smith, Kellogg, Scott, and Ransey) were very good and maybe should have won it; however, Fred Taylor had a better team in 1960 that did win it.

Day 2 at the ABCD camp.....Lauderdale went up against Kevin Love, a top 5 prospect in the 2007 class and held him to just 4 of 11 from the field.

Lauderdale averaged 1.4 blocks per game at the ABCD camp, good for 6th overall, but struggled getting rebounding and on the offensive end.

At the AAU Nationals.....Lauderdale dominated against a much smaller team on the first day, dunking at will and scoring in the paint. Dallas is playing on D-1 Greyhounds who feature Mayo, Walker and Pogue.

Dallas Lauderdale, Solon, C, 6-9, Sr.: A four-year varsity mainstay, Big D is headed for Ohio State next year. A strong physical presence inside who is extremely quick off his feet, he averaged more than 20 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks last season.

Let's put another 20-30lbs. of muscle on this kid and watch him beat up people in the post for years to come. I've always liked a rough 4 to help eat up space and wipe boards down low with the center.

Considering this was the knock on him that he has struggled against guys of the same size or bigger you have to like the fact that he put up big numbers...

That just shows signs of improvement...

I can't wait for his matchup with Kosta at the Schott on the 6th...
