Buckeyes Marriage Proposal

I have a serious question for all the Buckeyes fans here.

My girlfriend is a seriously hardcore Buckeyes football fan and alumni. I am a fan, but not so serious. It is getting to the point in our relationship where I am ready to propose marriage to her. I think it would be awesome to propose to her at one of the games but it looks like the only game we will get to go to this year is an away game at Northwestern.

My question is: would it be appropriate to propose at an away game? Or even at a game at all? Has anyone else had any experience doing this?

Put on Hang on Sloopy in the background, drop to one knee and look her in the eye, then say "Bitch, I've been hittin' that for a while now, what do you say we get hitched so I can open a life insurance policy on you?"

Worked for me.

I think it would be awesome...

Things that are awesome: The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Yellowstone, the Colorado River, Columbia River Gorge, Sunset on a beach, the migration of Monarch butterflies, whales, redwoods, birth of a child, a hurricane, Mt. Rainier on a clear day in Seattle, the Great Lakes....

just sayin'...

Seriously, you came on a sports message board and asked a question about a marriage proposal at a game.

1) That is played out.

2) Did you expect a hug therapy session?

3) Waaaaa

Is it possible for anything to beat BP love ?

Just propose to her at the friggin' Shoe if you want it to be a Buckeye marriage proposal. It shouldn't have to be during a game. That's lame.

This is the better idea if you want it to be a "Buckeye" proposal. Make it personal between you two but by something that is tOSU. Or if you don't want it to be the Shoe have it be on the Oval, by the river bank, etc. Bottom line is save embarassing her publicly in front of a large group of people for keg parties - not proposals.

Embarrasing her?

What about the old "No, you don't make enough money and you're penis is too small" on the Jumbotron.
