BP is one of those places.

I'd like to submit ShaggyBevo as Exhibit A, B, and C. It's a Texas board that has an MS Paint thread dedicated to drawing stick figure Bob Stoops EATING A BAG OF DICKS. Crappy - but chuckle worthy. Also, don't get you're feelings hurt because Bevo might be slamming your mom.
