I remember getting buckets of beer at the South Berg. A Bucket was about 6 and a half pitchers, and was like $5, and they let us have the second one for less than that. I was on crutches with an ankle I had severely sprained playing ball. After the second bucket I couldn’t use the crutches so I hobbled all the way back to Lane Avenue, doing some further damage damage to my ankle but feeling no pain. Good times.
