I'm guessing Alamo vs. Okie State. I heard that if Wisky would have won last night, that the Outback Bowl may have chose us over Iowa, because they can choose whoever they want. Wisconsin just pisses me off.

How many of us would just shit if we got selected by the Outback? They love us in Tampa and it could mean a matchup with Georgia or Florida. More likely Georgia. The Outback isn't held to who they have to pick, but it is traditionally the #3 Big Ten team. Iowa played there last year. And most of the time, bowls don't like to take the same team two consecutive years.

I just looked at the Big XII standings out of curiosity to see who else we might play.

Tx A&M/OSU/Iowa State are all good guesses. But What surprised me most is that Iowa state at 6-4 4-3 in the Big XII right now would play Oklahoma for the Big XII title? Are you kidding me? What would be even more rediculous is if they some how won?

there is an article on espn that discussed how idle texas gained a lot of points on Cal in the polls this week, and how they could flip-flop in the polls and cal could get screwed over. that would put texas in as an auto at large, provided that neither boise or louisville move up into the top 6. if that is the case, we may end up playing isu since okie state would likely move up to the cotton bowl and A&M to the holiday, or vice-versa.

I wonder if there is any chance that Colorado ends up in the Alamo Bowl. If they beat Nebraska, they'll be 4-4 in conference and 7-4 overall. I'd think they would be one of the considered teams at that point, but ISU,T-A&M, and OSU are the only teams I've heard mentioned so far. I'd love to see tOSU kick some buffalo ass since I have so many relatives out there.

OSU finally looked like the team we knew they could be this year .....
I don't think there are many teams looking foreward to playing us at this time.

There was talk somewhere about a ND, tOSU matchup ....

Now that would be interesting.
