Sigh, I knew that word would be a stickler for someone. Obviously (or not so much) this is blown out of proportion, we're talking sports here, not life and death.

But we are consumers, and cable companies, network channels, and football conferences exist because we spend money on them. They can not give us what we want, but we can take our almighty dollar elsewhere.

Banding together we leverage our power to force companies to acquiesce to our demands, or go out of business.

So yes, RIGHTS is the wrong word to use.

Waaaaaaaaa!!!

You are right it is your right to see the buckeyes, if by right you mean you have every right to change to direct tv, go to the game, or listen to it on the radio.

Guess what when cable companies want to they will get the BTN until then your gonna have to find a different way to watch the game, deal with it.

And we, as a group of fans, can encourage cable to pick up BTN, and encourage BTN to quit charging so dang much.

You call it crying or complaining, I call it a concerted group effort to inform the cable providers of what we want from them as a service provider.

I have dealt with it, I shelled out over $300 to switch to d* so I can get BTN...I'm just trying to help my fellow buckeye.
