Sure didn't take very long for the calvary to come riding to BN27's defense now did it. Jwins, the word substance was first brought up by BN27 not me. I think in my previous post I captured the essence of BN27 pretty damn well. Maybe some of the things I said about him actually hit home with you as well.
When it comes to the ignore feature, such a cop out would probably be more useful to most members if they would ignore BN27 rather than someone like me for the reasons I talked about in my previous post.
Come on! The ignore feature? I really am dealing with children here I swear! The ignore feature is for pussies who can't handle anyone's opinions that don't agree with their own! The ignore feature is akin to putting your hands over your ears and saying "La la la, I can't hear you. La la la." If that's what you need to do to avoid straight forward discussion be my guest. Go stick your head in the sand and have a nice life!

Honestly, what to you typically bring to the conversation around here. You've made eleven thousand two hundred some odd posts in a little under 2 and a half years! Thats an average of more than 12 posts per day (get a life)! The vast majority of this obscene number of posts amount to little more than you chiming in with some snide remark. A couple words here and sentence fragment there. Maybe an entire paragraph on those days that you can manage to summon the strength!

Maybe I should give you the benefit of the doubt though. Maybe you actually do hold back sometimes. Perhaps if you responded each and every time you get the urge to you'd have twice as many worthless posts by this point in time. Please don't mistake that as something to shoot for! I would be amazed if I ever would ever see a post of yours where you managed to string multiple thoughts together and where you refrain from being malicious or derogatory to fellow posters in any way. Something tells me that I shouldn't hold my breath.

BN27, I've already admitted that I'm not perfect and I'll admit that I resorted to exaggeration when I said that the majority of your posts are worthless. By no means is that true! I do respect your opinion and your right to voice it in this open forum we have here.
However, I'm right about one thing. You do snipe. You snipe quite an awful lot. Just be aware that all of that sniping can and will rub some people the wrong way. Consider me as the unsilent majority. I doubt I'm alone in noticing these tendencies of yours.

Don't Immanentize the Eschaton
As Thump stated, I worked in downtown Cleveland for a year at Cleveland State University. One of the worst experiences of my life. I lived in Broadview Heights at the time, which was a nice neighborhood, but the city of Cleveland was horrible. Everyday I drove into the downtown on I-77 there literally was a smell that would hit you as soon as you saw the skyline (this is not a joke!). I would literally get depressed going into Cleveland every day. In addition to the smell, the empty buildings, crumbling roads, and level of trash everywhere was just sad. Besides University Circle and Case Western, I can't think of one section of the city that doesn't deserved to be demolished. In addition, the people I worked with at CSU were some of the biggest idiots I had ever met...and the strange thing was that the longer they had lived in the Cleveland area, the more incompetent they were.
I have lived in Stow for almost a year now and I am so thankful to be out of Cuyahoga County. My car insurance rates dropped radically by moving to Summit, the taxes are still bad, but a lot lower, plus the local government services are better. The only issue I have now is I can't listen to sports radio without hearing the constant whining and conspiracy theories of Cleveland fans. Thank God for radio on the internet!
As for Cincinnati, I've visited the city about a dozen times--primarily for Reds games. I don't have as much knowledge of the city as Cleveland so I can't really compare the two. I know some parts of Cincy are just as bad as Cleveland, but I don't know enough to compare the two fairly. All I know is Cleveland sucks.

I stayed near CSU for the NCAA tourney a couple years ago and I got the same feeling. It was depressing.

Joe J injured in the first game and Charlie walking around like an old man after the game, what is wrong with this team. Did anyone else find the game against N.O hard to watch, imagine this weeks game. We are in for a long season.
