IMO - the franchise is terrible at evaluating talent.

They drafted a quarterback who was barely asked to throw and a WR that was barely asked to catch (Thomas, kid from Georgia Tech).

AFC West is not a juggernaut division. But a halfway decent coach on that sideline and they have 8-9 wins.

the fact that you have to explain who they drafted is a testament to how bad their drafting is. denver in 2010 and oakland in 2009 win the "why they hell did you take that receiver?" award.

there is a little bit of chatter on Cleveland.com talking about him possibly becoming the next Browns offensive coordinator. I guess it might depend on if Mangini goes or stays. If he stays, Holmgren might force him to hire McDaniels:)
