“If they had our calls. If they had our call sheet. If they clearly knew we were running the ball outside right or throwing the ball down the field, it certainly would matter,” Kelly said.“If somebody has your plays and somebody knows what they are and they know it’s a run or a pass, it has a significant outcome on the success of that particular play.”

Kayshon Boutte charged in illegal sports gaming scheme

Former LSU football player Kayshon Boutte was arrested on charges related to illegal online gaming Thursday, following a lengthy investigation by Louisiana State Police.

An arrest warrant has been issued for former LSU football player Kayshon Boutte for charges related to online gaming, the WAFB I-TEAM has learned. He is being charged with Computer Fraud, a felony, and a misdemeanor count of Gaming Prohibited for Persons under 21. He is expected to turn himself in at the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison later today.

He is also accused illegally gambling, using that fraudulent account, to place thousands of different bets including some on LSU football. The wagers and payouts involved “several hundred thousand dollars,” said one source familiar with the case.

Some of the wagers were allegedly placed while he was still a player at LSU in 2022.

his lack of effort and motivation was discussed ad nauseam that year, so until I see proof that he wasn't betting against himself, I'll probably remain skeptical.

First off, Tomateaux, where's the crayfish? Second, didn't Pete Rose do the same thing, and got banned for life? Kids these days have it soft. Probably get his hands slapped a bit, and told to play nice. PS, if he'd bet against LSU/himself, he'd probably disappear in a bayou somewhere.
