Ass/u/me he is wanting to go to Stanford for their academics and it is really refreshing to see a kid pick a school for "academic reasons" these days. If he really wants to go to Stanford for their academics I hope he gets accepted.

He'd get the added bonus of playing on a better football program, too...

An unbiased observer would be extremely hard pressed to find ways in which PSU is somehow superior to Stanford other than travel time and being close to family.

I'm still holding out hope that he leaves the Pedsters high and dry at the alter on signing day. Pretty much anywhere but there (or maybe TTUN) would be a better destination for him.... but that's just me...........
