I was thinking more along the lines of an outside shot at a #10, but you're right it is unpredictable. They may tweak seeds because of conflicts, avoiding rematches and various things such as BYU not being able to play on Sunday, so obviously it isn't a straightforward ranking necessarily.

This guy really has Michigan and Ohio State in the same 4 team bracket in the Midwest ?
It is against the rules for Ohio State to play Michigan in the first 3 rounds since they played 3 times.
It is simple if you played once you can't play in round 1
If you played twice you can't play rounds 1 or 2
If you played 3 times you can't play until at least the Elite 8

Anyone who watched that game skills have the Bucks on the upswing eve with the loss. Considering the 7 seeds all looked like shit over these conference tourneys, I'd still put OSU on the 7 line over those other turds
