There are threads for discussing each region after they're announced tomorrow.

This thread will be for discussing who gets into the tournament and which teams are top seeds, on the bubble, and who got screwed by not getting selected.

I have this at this point:

#1 seeds - Gonzaga, Indiana, Louisville (if they win their tourney) Miami (if they win their tourney)

#2 seeds - Duke, Kansas, Georgetown, tOSU-Sparty winner

It's not out of the realm of probability yet.

Gonzaga,Indiana,Kansas,Duke,Miami,Louisville,Georgetown,Florida,Ohio State, Michigan State, Michigan......11 teams battling it out for 8 seeds

I think OSU will slip in and MSU/UM will slip out

If that either of those [Mark May]ty schools from that bankrupt state are higher than a 3 seed I call BULL[Mark May]!

SO that leaves ZAGA, Indiana, Kansas, Duke, Miami, LVille, GTown, Florida and The Ohio State University.
-ZAGA is a lock for a 1 seed.
-Kansas is a 1 or 2, if Cuse beats LVille gotta think Kansas gets the 1 and shifts Louisville to 2.
-Indiana/Duke are locks for no worse than a 2.

3 spots remain from Florida, Miami, GTown and The Ohio State University.

Out of those 4, NO team is playing better ball the last few weeks then The Ohio State University.

They should 100000% be no worse than a 2 seed. [Mark May] send them out West, who cares. With the pod system they should get to play their first weekend games in Dayton.

Since there is no way Gonzaga is the overall top seed, that might put Ohio State as the 2nd or 3rd best two seed.

Michigan will be lucky to get a 3. No way MSU is taken over OSU after today. I doubt Florida is taken over Ohio State as a 2 seed. Honestly, look at Florida's schedule and tell me who they have beaten. Wisconsin? Marquette? Ohio State has 4 wins in the current top 10 and Florida can't even muster up 1.

If the Bucks win tomorrow and don't get a 2 "robbed" could apply. If Wiscy wins it wouldn't be robbery to fall to a three.

ESPN's "Joey Brackets" projects us as the 2 seed out West behind Gonzaga. I am hoping that's correct. Sign me up. :)

I just hope regardless of what happens with OSU tomorrow that New Mexico doesn't get a #2 seed ahead of OSU. New Mexico has played a lot of "top 100" games but practically no top-15 games, and I heard on their game today that they shoot the lowest FG% of any team in the top-25.

Now, with regard to OSU, definitely hoping they don't get in the same region as Louisville. I just don't think OSU matches up with them very well. I am concerned that with the Cards taking the Big East tourney that they may vault over IU for the #1 in the Midwest, which would allow OSU to be the #2 in the Midwest. I have a hard time believing anything other than that the West region will be the weakest and the one prone to a team like VCU making the F4.

TSUN is 6-6 over their last 12, including a loss to woeful PSU. They should be a 4, and they should consider themselves wildly lucky if they get a 3. No way are they in the running for a 2.
