The Spaghetti Monsters captured the coveted Archie Griffin Division title yesterday and head to the playoffs. Their manager has never lost in the first round of the playoffs in this league. He's also never won in the second round, but that's another story. :wink2:

After destroying the league in the regular season and going 12-2 in head-to-head matchups since the start of June, I'm now in the shitter with a team full of slumping sluggers and a pitching staff that looks even worse.

Regular season champs and #1 overall seed. All I'm going to get out of my bye is a one-week stay of execution before I get crushed in the playoffs.

Finally managed to get past the semis this year. Not sure if there are enough smoke and mirrors to win one more match up, though. :lol:

Hope I can hang on to my lead the last 3 days, but most importantly I'm glad this thing is almost over. I like fantasy baseball, but I need a break. :lol:

Last day and the championship match up couldn't be much closer. I'm leading 6-4, but we're tied in 2 categories, I lead by 1 in saves, Nasty Boys leads in WHIP by .04 and by 2 in HRs.

This thing could go either way today. :popcorn:
