As much as it seems like it may be an indictment of the current edition of the Buckeyes, it is also a statement of how much they will miss Tressel and Pryor.

Are you sure?

I seem to recall people making the same complaints about coach's offensive play calling after the first couple of games virtually every year of the past decade.

I am pretty certain that you are imagining that. I can't think of a single instance of such complaints.

i'd like to see Boise play a schedule where they play more then 1 or 2 games they even have to worry about

rather then them getting to play 10-11 regular season games a year where its smooth sailing and they dont have to press and can keep their starters fresh avoiding injuries
I don't claim BSU would go undefeated, but I have no doubt they would bitch-slap the Hoosiers, Gophers and Boilermakers. And I'd bet on them against Michigan, Iowa, Northwestern and State Penn also. Against Nebraska, Illinois, Wisconsin and MSU it would be toss-up or a bit favoring the Broncos. JMO.

I'm sure. I've re-watched a few Tressel-era games over the last couple weeks, and I think that once the new car smell wears off with this year's team they'll begin to realize what Jim Tressel brought to the game in terms of clock and game management. He was conservative, but ruthlessly so.
