That's why you don't hire your friends. 2018 needs to be a year of cleansing for Ohio State's coaching staff. Get rid of ZS nepotism and Urban's friends.

If he's actually a friend he'll leave on his own. If he doesn't, then he's not really a friend, he's just using you for a high paying job, which should make the firing easier.

this is 100% the thing that I think is making Urban "unhealthy" this season. He knows some of them have to go and it's totally messing with him.
He also needs to realize that his Offensive guys are good enough to win games so he needs to pay more attention to the Defensive meetings. Tough offseason coming up.
