I think Insight's decision to carry the BTN will force Time Warner (at least in Ohio) to follow suit sooner rather than later. My parents moved to Pickerington about six months ago and switched from TW to Insight. They have the same service, cable and roadrunner, and pay $40 less per month. The new statewide cable franchising in Ohio allows Insight to move into areas previously limited to TW. They offer the same product, plus BTN and NFL network, for less money. If Insight expands, it's not hard to imagine TW losing a lot of customers. I'm sure TW knows this.
