Bubba Cunningham, of North Carolina, wants to increase athletic revenue by 40 percent (which is quite an increase).

Cunningham says it would take a combination of increased ticket sales, donations, sponsorship deals and media rights to get from $70 million to $100 million.

It would have to be media rights and sponsorship, because ticket sales isn't going to account for that much of a revenue increase.
