There was a non-called procedure that wasn'tbcalled on #23 on that first down catch, then a non-called chop block on the ensuing qst down run... pathetic.

They clearly aren't going to call holding on Wisconsin....that much is very apparent - PSU is going to have to bring more bodies on 3rd-&-long.

Wisconsin got away with a block in the back / hold on that punt - blatant.....beyond blatant about 10 yards directly in front of punt returner - no flag, go figure.

But they didn't call the very clear late hit on Barkley on 1st down, which was way worse and far more intentional - go figure!

What a B.S. personal foul call. Didn't call when they crushed our QB then that B.S......

Isn't that the truth? They had a 1 game season and it was at home, at night, with two weeks to prepare for a team who themselves just played a physical road night game. Then they get out gained 2 to 1 essentially and win on two blocked kicks.

Penn State is tough at home, but they did NOTHING away from Crappy Valley. Their best road win was at Indiana, and they had to come from behind to get it.
