They clearly aren't going to call holding on Wisconsin....that much is very apparent - PSU is going to have to bring more bodies on 3rd-&-long.

Wisconsin got away with a block in the back / hold on that punt - blatant.....beyond blatant about 10 yards directly in front of punt returner - no flag, go figure.

But they didn't call the very clear late hit on Barkley on 1st down, which was way worse and far more intentional - go figure!

I don't understand that move there... Wisconsin isn't explosive so punt and hopefully force a 3 and out then get the ball back in decent field position.

They at the minimum fucked themselves for the rest of this half in field position.
