Sorry, just had to get that out of my system; Johnson is indeed a fine player.

However, anybody who seriously thinks Jared Sullinger is not the best player in the Big Ten needs some remedial study.

Kind of wish the cameras were rolling in East Lansing when Korie Lucious was kicked off the team, similar to "Hard Knocks-style" when the players are cut in camp.

But each school has editorial control (to an extent) on "The Journey", so obviously that's not going to happen.

Sparty is fucking horrible this year. Watching them play scUM, they have no chemistry, no energy and just look like five guys waiting for somebody else to do something. Never thought I'd see this from an Izzo team...

It's something else. Even when they were playing poorly (Lucas has done that a lot in the past few years), you could count on Lucious to come in and provide a spark. Before his suspension, he wasn't himself either.

Draymond Green is the only player who returned from last year's squad. The rest are MIA.

If this MSU team somehow makes the Final Four, I'll find a way to swim to Hawaii via the Olentangy River (starting under Lane Ave).

There has to be a loophole or detour. It probably involves the Dharma Initiative.

It's not just that they're confused offensively, they seem incapable of playing any defense. It's astounding...

Think Izzo is having 2nd thoughts about turning down the Cavs job?

No, I didn't think so either.

Olentangy to Scioto to Ohio to Mississippi to Gulf of Mex to Atlantic Ocean to Panama Canal to Pacific Ocean.

No problem.
