2 Excedrin and LOTS of water. Pedialyte (so I'm told) is an excellent recipe as well. If all else fails, pop in a tape of the Fiesta Bowl (either) and start drinking again.

The age thing- tell me about it. My drinkin' chops are all gone. I haven't had to deal with a really bad hangover in quite a while now (thank God), but when I did, it was all about hydration. TONS of water, several tylenol, and I also found that a vitamin C pill didn't hurt either.

Yep, a big ass gatorade before nighty night. You will still feel tired and "blah" all day but it beats the hell out of trying to puke yourself inside out.

You might want to stay away from the Tylenol. I though that Tylenol and alcohol could damage your kidneys or liver?

I'm not into getting wasted anymore myself, but eating a big breakfast before going home always helped. I was not one that had to worry about getting sick though.

bucknola, you are so right! whatever you do, don't ever take acetominophen (Tylenol) after drinking. It can do serious damage to your liver.
