Most of the Asian Buffets are pretty good too and most are under $9.

Starliner Diner almost every item on the menu is less than 10 bucks, you cannot beat their specials, Creole Macaroni, Cornmeal Crusted Walleye, and possibly the best soup on the planet, Cream of Jalapeno and cheddar.

Might lose money that way. I think they rely on parents bringing kids to make money. I probably eat $5 of ingredients when I go there. The CiCi's in Heath didn't make it and has reopened as a Bruno's Pizza Buffet. The pizza isn't as good.
