REALLY! on one hand, you think its a rich neighborhood, what with the silver dollars, but then you have to keep cats indoors so people dont torture them? jeesh, sounds like a wierd neighborhood.

It was an area in transition from all woods to a DC suburb. Country clubs on one side, homegrown shacks on the other, a bunch of military families, farms, and the occasional SWAT team surrounding the neighbor's house... Why, is that not normal?

I'd keep a black cat indoors on Halloween no matter where I lived, actually.
