There is a Twitter account purporting to be from a Dallas Morning News staffer claiming that Henry has died. It's a fake account.

They just don't have anybody that can stretch the field. Henry did that for them, opening up a lot of stuff for other receivers.Good catch, I didnt look to see.
From what I remember of the early part of the season though, he was quickly becoming relevant again before his injury. The bengals passing game has sorely missed him since then...

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said in a statement that Henry was found in the road Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009, in Charlotte, N.C, "apparently suffering life-threatening injuries." Henry was transported to Carolinas Medical Center, where his condition was not immediately known.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry died early Thursday morning from injuries suffered when he "came out" of the back of a pickup during a domestic dispute in northern Charlotte, according to police.
Police said he died at 6:36 a.m. at Carolinas Medical Center where he had been taken early Wednesday afternoon. Police haven't released a cause of death.
