Bengals(-5.5) at Browns

Again another disappointing loss by the Browns. The only good thing to come out of this game is that the team showed they had some fight in them for the first time this year. In past seasons, the Browns would put up a good fight one week and then the next week look like they've never played a down in their lives. It will be interesting to see if the effort, the intensity that they showed in this game, will carry over to next week or if they will show the inconsistency that has plagued this team since they returned to the NFL. Don't get me wrong, they are terrible. I'm just hoping to see some improvement so that we can at least be competitive in games this season.

Here's a couple questions for people, especially any Browns fans....

Is this game even close with Quinn at QB?

Did Anderson do enough in this game to warrant another start?

At 14-0 Bungles, did you turn off the TV?
I think that Quinn could have kept the game as close as Anderson. At least Anderson had two guys on the field so he could throw a deep ball. I wonder where Mass was the first three games. I don't know if Quinn is checking to the wrong plays or not. I know that it has been reported that he has been doing so when he started the first three games but that begs me to question why didn't they see that during the exhibition season. I know that Anderson has a gun and can throw the ball very hard and long but I also think that Quinn can throw the ball long and be a little more adept when it comes to the short passes. I guess I would just like to Quinn play a little bit more because it's not going to make much of a difference with the team we are putting on the field:tongue2:

No, I don't think they score with BQ at QB.

Absolutely.

Wasn't watching anyway. :!

Anybody trying to glean some positives from this game should just throw them out. Browns-Bungles games never show where either team really is. I look for them to go back to the weekly drubbings now.

Ok,

Let's say you've got a girlfriend. And she's been dropping not-so-subtle hints that she really, really wants to go see Jersey Boys for her birthday.

Now - you had the money for it, but you maybe, kinda, sorta, [censored]ed it away on a two way parlay with LSU and UGA last weekend.

So you're down to your last $150 of discreationary funds and the tickets cost $175. How confident would you feel putting it all on the Bengals.

Sweating bullets,

-BW31

In case anyone was interested - I just bet the money line on the bengals and didn't take the points. I was sweating bigtime in OT but now have enough to get the tickets. THANKS BENGALS!
