OK, thats it! No more sports talk shows until Tuesday for me! I was listening to XM Sports Nation this evening (channel 144 on XM radio) to a show called "BCS Tonight". There were 2 guys giving their opinions about Monday's game on there. They both believe that LSU will win Monday. Fine, that is your opinion and I have mine. But the reason LSU is going to win according to these 2 is because..........., yup, you guessed it. LSU has too much speed, they are bigger, and they have more athletes then OSU! No facts or figures to back it up, just repeating what all the talking heads on ESPN are saying.

I then started thinking about something. If OSU is as slow as everyone says, why does the NFL continue to use their high draft picks on Buckeyes? Hmmmmmmmmm........

Someone posted a link to a Dayton newspaper where they posted the 40 times for the offensive and defensive starters. The Buckeyes are faster! Thats fine, let them continue to under-estimate this team. This REALLY reminds me of the 2002 NC game. And we all know what happened there.

Word out of the French Quarter is that y'all have traveled VERY well. Better than Illinois, OU, or ND did for those Sugar Bowls.

A NBC guy from Columbus just did a lil segment on the New Orleans News.

Was there ever a doubt? :wink2:

There are alot of things that you can count on from Buckeye faithful, and traveling to watch them play is certainly one. The last time I visited Pennitenerary State one of their fans I was sitting next to was a 20+ year season ticket holder and said that he had never seen another team that came close to bringing as many fans as we did. The fact that OU didn't travel well in 2004 kind of suprises me considering they claim to be such rabid fans to anyone who will listen

I really didn't know what to expect. Y'all all said how well y'all travel, but everyone beats their chest about their own program. From what I'm hearing, things are going pretty well in NOLA. Fanbases seem to be mingling quite nicely and having a good time.
