Game Thread BCS Championship Game, tOSU vs. Florida - Jan 8th

I think what the voters need to keep in mind is 1.we already beat scUM and 2.how can you play for the national title if you didn't even win your conference.I think if we played scUM at the beginning of the year it may be different.

Media likes Mich

It comes down to this for me:

  • USC choked big time!
  • Florida arguably had the toughest schedule in college football on way to wining its conference.
  • Florida had to play an extra game
  • Michigan had its chance in Columbus but failed. OSU should not have to go 2-0 against Michigan to win the NC.
[FONT=&quot]It is simple Florida should get the nod but probably will not. The Media, and in my crystal ball the voters, prefer Mich.

well turns out it is going to be Florida, LA Times reporting it now too. Interesting to see if our assistant Tim Beckman remembers much about the Urban Meyer offense from when he was with him at BG. Another nice advantage to have.

I'm just kinda playing devils advocate here, but why whould this matter? Is it impossible to have the two best teams in the same conference?
