After its all said in done we are not on the team. We do not bear the full brunt of the loss like those guys will.

This team gave you a helluva season. No reason yo hang your head. This is the team you loved all season, and for guys like Smith, Ginn, etc. it's the last time you'll ever see them in a Buckeye uniform.

Wow... did you come over from Bucknuts?swolgam;711313; said:2 year analysis:
Have we beaten anyone meaningful? We lost to the 2 best teams we played last year.. we beat notre dame which can't beat anyone and wasnt deserving of fiesta bowl last year. We beat texas this year at their crib but come on they lost a lot including a starting qb and how did they fair the rest of the year? We won a shootout with michigan in the shoe but then they play a real opponent in USC and get waxed!
My point is we weren't really that good this year. Analyze our schedule and the big 10 as a whole.
I want to thank Troy Smith for making saturdays exciting the past 2 years. Also if Ginn decides to go pro then good luck, you are a great talent. To the others, shut up and play, tonight proves your not good enough for the next level
man that kick return was so fun! seems like decades ago. My dad was screaming "were's that speed?! where's that speed?!" good times...The whole "letdown factor" aside, this is without a doubt the worst OSU game I've ever seen.
What a turn of emotions... that amazing start coupled with the rest of this crappy performance.
LordJeffBuck;711345; said:No, this is more like the 1998 Sugar Bowl, where Florida State rolled the Buckeyes, 31-14, and it wasn't even that close. Ohio State's o-line got beat up and down the field that night, and Joe Germaine had the old "deer in the headlights" look. Hey, it happens sometimes.
The Buckeyes look like a team who thought that the season ended after the Michigan game.
