John's in Pinehurst, NC. Great vingar-based bbQ. I always bring back several pounds when I visit my family that live down there. They also have great hushpuppies.

I like City bbq in Columbus and we now have a Smoky Bones in Mentor. Smoky Bones is about 2 minutes from where we live, but we'll drive there on a Saturday/Sunday and pick up a big batch of takeout. It's great during football weekends, since you pick at it all weekend long. I'm not aware of any other good bbq joints in the Cleveland area.

Update: Went to Keaton's in Cleveland, NC and it was outstanding!!! The place is literally in the middle of nowhere, off the beaten path but the trip was worth it. The BBQ chicken rules the place, however the pulled pork was not bad either. Definitely worth the trip and the prices were not bad. Four of us ate their with both chicken, pulled pork, cole slaw, baked beans and beer all around for $45. The only bad news is that they limit the brews to two a person.
