Listen to Rivals Radio (I started a thread a while ago, or do an interweb search for it) for a while, and you'll hear some people really talk like this. Maybe they're joking, too, but I get the feeling that this is how many people think in the south. Or, better yet, listen to the Paul Finebaum Show (or however it's spelled). He's a 'Bama fan, and proud of it. His show just recently went nationwide on Sirius (and maybe XM, too). Seems like he's trying to get some national exposure, interviewing coaches from around the country. But most of his callers are 'Bama fans, and they sound like this our buddy here.

[Note: to be fair, the people who are from the north, or are fans of northern teams can and do sound just as dumb as the people who call from the south. One of the appeal of these radio shows is laughing at the people who call in. Hence, I don't call in.]

people in alabama never respond to football talk like this stuff, i give opinion on what i beleive and see what happens, man you guys got to act more friendly to people, i have cousins in ohio and visit almost yearly and people treat me pretty good but not here, when i talk bout speed and condition you see our boys practice in 95 to 100 whether in summertime and hardly break a sweat and that condition you for the 4th quarter of games and and when you need the speed you got it, i was at ohio state fair one year and temp was bout 90 and people scared of it, i been to the horseshoe before to, in the 80s when they had keith byers, now thats one boy who could play for bama, if you wanna score in redzone and put game away you gotta have speed and power back in the redzone like ingram and get the score everytime, if i tell the facts and you know it to be true why critisise, you gotta explain the facts, jimmyboy says rolltide. ps uab gonna be good this year to.

I used to live in a town called Dothan Alabama and it is an interesting place. The way they are there is just like Bama Boy types. You can't understand anything they say and they Like words that are only 2 to 4 letters long. So Bama BOY all I can Say is :oh:

Champions are made with (2) factors,:
ONE (1): We Go hard. This is not Limited to games, but practice, video, video game(s), study time, (not study table, I aint tryna fuck with that shit).
TOO (2): We are borne to leed; Champions have the FORCE which can be given but not received. Once a player has the talent, they have to protext it. Don't make excuses.

The Southern Speed (registered trademark) and Southern Heat (registered trademark) have done us in again boys. We're too slow and too cold to be able to handle our Southern bretheren. Guess we shoulda let the South secede...er should I say SECede. If only the South was a different country, we could actually win some o' them there National Titles.
