Bama -3.5 at Florida (ov/un 44.5) Sat 8 ET, CBS

Here's a fun thing to ponder - fun for everyone who isn't GatorBoy:

Florida goes to LSU next week, with a true freshman QB who has never started a game.

The only smallest sliver of a silver lining is that it isn't a night game in Red Stick.

Either way, that are going to eat poor Jeff Driskel alive.
I can only hope Charlie looks at the 2003 LSU game tape. The only game LSU lost in that BCSNC season was at home facing a freshman QB Chris Leak. Zook put a senior running back next to him to call plays and direct blocking, and with a conservative run-oriented, short passing game - eked out a win over the Tigers.

I see a very long game with a very lopsided score, despite my hopes.

Sounds like a typical Zooking. No Zooker to save you this week.

Actually, we all know this. There is only one faint chance to hang our hopes on.......

I've been wondering when you'd crawl out of your bottle of bourbon.

Glad to have you back. How's the hangover?

Great minds think alike - was just pondering what it would take for a monumental LSU meltdown this weekend. Obviously UF can't turn the ball over at all and Coach Boom probably needs to force 2-3 turnovers.

Will Bostic sit for taking a swing at that Bama player?

I'm too old and wily to go to sleep that drunk. I stayed up till almost dawn dosing up with sub-lingual B-12. I drank about two gallons of gatorade and water and decaf coffee by then. To pass the time I played music and darts with myself. The wall around the dart board is full of holes.

I slept a bunch Sunday. Kept waking up, wandering around a few hours, and then going back to bed. Feel fine now. I've always found that the dehydration will hurt you more than the lack of sleep.
