I would argue that PSU's new coach is on the hot seat. Their fans are bat[Mark May] crazy and will go ballistic if he doesn't win 8 games.

I see him as being in kind of a Cooper situation. The "fans" can scream for his head all they want, but the President and Board will not fire him. Pissing the fanbase off and being on the hot seat aren't necessarily the same thing.

Unless the fans are able to oust the new President and the BOT first, O'Brien will be supported.
