D played like shit and still only have 10. Out offense just needs a pulse and we win by at least 2 TDs. Have faith guys.

Haskins was much faster then him on making his reads. That's where Haskins has him beat. Fields is far more accurate and has much more god given athletics ability. Combine the best aspects of both and you pretty much have the perfect QB.Fields running reminds me of Pryor. He's a natural. He's got moves and speed and a good mix of when to take contact and not.
His arm is good - touch and accuracy. Agree Haskins is a better pure passer.
His decision making and the speed of that decision making is where he needs work.
So... late 1 project... the potential and need for QBs is too high to drop farther than that.
Needs more xp if he wants to be more than a quick flash in the pan imo. But he'll het paid either way i guess.
That wasn't me. I've been critical of trying to play a season during a pandemic from the start. I believe my exact words going in were "this is going to be a shit show."
Another quick note..I always wondered why Williams or Fleming etc didn’t get many reps in the games earlier in the year..olave and Wilson are great but u are starting to see that fields doesn’t have the great timing with the other receivers on routes..
Why couldn’t we play 3-6 Tennessee..
I don’t post on here much but damn where is this playcalling coming from?? Backwards passes?? Where is the TE? They begging for it. Line looks scared to death. Secondary playing soft afraid of being exposed like against IU. Just a very tight team and playcalling not helping them loosen up any. Last dive very disappointing 2 TOs and inside 25 with 1:05 to go. Run the damn ball til they stop it and at least take a shot at FG. Get points considering NW gets ball to start 3rd. Very disappointing in all aspects (except for special teams if I can find any bright spot so far)

The offense has been bad in the first half; but you know, I'm even more disappointed in the poor tackling by the defense.
