Notice he didn’t claim the personal attacks were false, inaccurate, etc. Just not justified. Has the assistant resigned yet?

In other words, the lawyers either for the school or the boosters (or both) said they would be sued into oblivion if they carried this out and they bent to logic for now, at least.

I'm sure dogs and wives (and probably side pieces) are cowering in fear of these big money boosters right now since they didn't get their way.
