He seemed pretty energetic when I got a chance to talk to him during the coaching clinic back in April, He spoke on the young guys (Especially Tyleik Willliams) and was really excited. I wouldn't be surprised if he had another 5 years. He looks like he has a point to prove

Larry Johnson says going back to Penn State, where he coached from 1996-2013, is a “business trip.” While he enjoyed his time at Penn State, he’s happy to be a Buckeye now and Penn State is “enemy territory” this week.

Get rid of Fleming, and hire a proven name from the NFL who can take over for Johnson next year. Do a one season transition.

I was going to mention this in another thread, but you talked about the coach addition here. Problem is, OSU(and I'm sure most other CFB programs) expected the NCAA to make a decision on 1/11 to raise the limit on coaches. They never voted, so it left the team in limbo. The rumored plan was to pursue the DL coach at Ole Miss(Randall Joyner), and move LJsr to more of an analyst role where he didn't have to travel as much and could primarily work on technique while Joyner recruited on the road. With that not happening, LJsr is left to do his job like he has in the past. If the vote had gone through, Fleming could still stay on staff in the same capacity. I think coaches are still waiting on the NCAA ruling before making more staff changes

If I was AD's a make a stink and force a vote. No one is against this why did we delay it and worse why did we delay it indefinitely

At a press conference today:
